Shipping & Returns

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Paola F. Rey. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute my Shipping Policy. 

Please note that items may ship in separate packages.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Production 

All stickers are in stock and ready to ship.

All handmade leather products are made to order. Most of my leather orders are handcrafted within 2 weeks or less. Custom orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to complete. Please be patient as I complete each piece in the order it was placed.

All other items, including clothing and accessories, are also made to order. This means production and shipping times may vary.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

I offer FREE SHIPPING on US orders for all leather goods and stickers. The estimated delivery time for all leather goods is 3-5 business days after shipping. Stickers will arrive within 1-5 business days after shipping.

For all other products, the shipping price will be calculated at checkout. The estimated delivery time for most of these items is 7 to 12 business days after placing your order.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you need faster shipping for any reason, please contact me and let me know.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

I currently offer standard shipping to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland & the United Kingdom. If you don’t see your country as an option, please contact me here

Shipping prices: stickers ($1.50), small leather goods ($8) & large leather goods ($15). For all other products, the shipping price will be calculated at checkout. 

For international packages, shipping time can vary greatly due to your country’s customs and postal system. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the fact that all of my items are handmade or made to order, returns are not something I can offer. All sales will be considered final. However, if you feel there is an issue with an item, please send me an email and I will work with you.
