It was quick (given all the work and details put into it) and the journal is everything I wanted and more. I will definitely purchase more from her again, I am so excited about the options and so grateful I found her!! I highly recommend her and her work. Details about the process (obviously things may vary but this was my experience): I let Paola know I was interested via Facebook, within the hour she messaged me showing me pictures of her samples and price ranges. I gave her the amount I wanted to spend and she showed me which sample it would be like (as far as details). She asked what I wanted and my favorite colors, I gave her an idea and she found a great photo that I loved. She sent the invoice, I paid, she began working on the drawing after the payment and I received an image of the draft the next day, I approved it and she began working on the actual journal. It took a couple of weeks for that, when she was done she sent me the pics and it was shipped out the next day with tracking. I received it in 3 days, which is amazing given the mail situation in a lot of places. I am more than satisfied with everything and every stage of the process. She was a joy to work with.recommends

Rob Gallant2020-12-27I wanted to give something very personal for my wife this Christmas. I seen Paola's work on FB and was in awe. I had an idea, but wasn't sure there would be time for Christmas. I messaged Paola with the idea I had (I'm not artistic) and asked if something could be done in the short time. After sending her a pic of an albino deer and asking if a feather could somehow be placed, she quickly drew something up and I was absolutely amazed. She got it done for me and shipped out of country in time for Christmas. My wife absolutely loved it! Thank you Paola for your artistic passion and accommodation! The pics online are beautiful, but even more beautiful in hand.
